Guest oscar_yang Posted September 18, 2011 Report Posted September 18, 2011 It is more than 15days since cyanogenmod last updated Blade roms. Does anyone know why? Tx
Guest wbaw Posted September 18, 2011 Report Posted September 18, 2011 The android source code is on kernel.org which got hacked & is still down. The source code has been put back online at github now, so hopefully nightly builds should start again soon.
Guest Racerboy Posted September 19, 2011 Report Posted September 19, 2011 any of you blade guys installed build #199 or #200 yet and is it working as it should? seem to have a problem in porting it for Racer ( #179 downwards had no problem at all) maybe source code  idk
Guest Racerboy Posted September 19, 2011 Report Posted September 19, 2011 It doesn't work. thx, i get to boot animation then it just stays there no progress after that....
Guest reluctant_traveller Posted September 19, 2011 Report Posted September 19, 2011 Hmm. what is wrong with Cyanogen... what is wrong...*ponder* well, personally I would prefer a more electric blue colour, and the name could be given a spruce up
Guest Mushroom_Lord Posted September 19, 2011 Report Posted September 19, 2011 N 200 is slow as hell for me, bootanimation and once its running. Maybe I should have wiped system as well as data.
Guest wbaw Posted September 20, 2011 Report Posted September 20, 2011 N 200 is slow as hell for me, bootanimation and once its running. Maybe I should have wiped system as well as data. That build is broken, missing a lot of essential lib files. Wait for the next one.
Guest Mushroom_Lord Posted September 20, 2011 Report Posted September 20, 2011 That build is broken, missing a lot of essential lib files. Wait for the next one. Yeah I'd gone to 179 for the time being - thanks :D
Guest Zagreth Posted September 20, 2011 Report Posted September 20, 2011 I'm on N179 and if it wasn't for the hard reboot each time I plugged it into the charger I'd be happy to stay on it permanently. Seems perfectly stable, GPS and camera/gallery all work fine and battery life is awesome.
Guest tschooper Posted September 20, 2011 Report Posted September 20, 2011 I have tried N200 and N201 but unfortunately I had to go back to N179... APN did not work on my mobile. No signal at all... I have a APN backup from N179 but I could not load them to N200. I could not create new as well.
Guest targetbsp Posted September 21, 2011 Report Posted September 21, 2011 I'm on N179 and if it wasn't for the hard reboot each time I plugged it into the charger I'd be happy to stay on it permanently. S That's caused by using a third party charger I believe.
Guest Zagreth Posted September 21, 2011 Report Posted September 21, 2011 That's caused by using a third party charger I believe. Didn't know that. You could be right although it didn't have the problem on the stock B08 rom the phone came with. The original charger died so I am using an Apple usb plug. Also reboots when plugged into a car charger.
Guest targetbsp Posted September 21, 2011 Report Posted September 21, 2011 I think other roms are ok. As far as I know it is CM& used with a third party charger that has the problem. But there hasn't been a CM7 stable release to log a bug against since the cause was worked out.
