''Update from t-flash card'' problem

I've got a problem. I've had GSF running for quite some time when I dropped my phone. When I booted it up again there was a screen with green words that stated on top ''update from t-flash card'', when it was finished (couple of seconds) it booted ClockworkMod Recovery. I choosed install zip from sdcard and installed GSF 25 again. Till half an hour ago everything was working fine, but now it happend again (I didn't drop it again). Solutions?

That is TPT and it starts if you hold vol+ when booting. Delete that "image" directory from your SD.
