My Blade restarts if I hit it on the left side

Hi all!

If I hit my blade (just a tap with my hand) on the left side, the phone restarts.

Does anybody else has the same problem?

In the video the phone is always on my hand, it never hits the table.

Sarcasm aside, sometimes dropping it 2cm in to a table was enough for it to reboot.,

You should ask for a replacement, that is a hardware problem, so phone orange and ask for a replacement.

Probably your best choice.

To send the phone to warranty I have to drive about 100Km to Spain (when I bought it, it was half the price there) and wait a few weeks for a replacement., so I have to confirm if it is a loose battery or an hardware problem.

I put a bit of paper at the botom of the battery to be more tight, just to be sure if it is indeed battery contacts
