I have had my phone in repair now for 3 weeks with no sign of anything happening, personally I believe the phone is broken with a hardware fault (wont charge, wont power on, wont even power on when plugged into the power supply), confirmed its not the cables or the wall charger.

Now I have a horrible feeling there is no replacement stock available and I am gonna be stuck without a phone for a very long time, I live in Greece, and my phone is presently with Wind Hellas.

What are my options here, because I am getting really really annoyed now with the amount of time I am without a phone now, and the level of service I am getting from Easy Buy World is extremely poor, which is contrary to previous peoples expectations.

Anyone have any advice.

Hello, this exact same thing had happned to me! The phone was dead like you say, I took it to orange and they were having it there for 1 whole month - the whole warranty period and on the last 30th day they just called and said it was unrepairable and that i could just pick up a new phone, so I bought another Blade. There is not much you can do I'm afraid.
