Vegacomb server connect timeout&flash problem

i take that error alwwys.i use vegacomb 3.2 built 9. but i took these errows others vegacomb versions too.

for exp i use flash on net (watching video for ex6 minutes) when flash streaming become %40 or 30 streaming become stop. and then video stop.i cant watch videos . i just watch %30 of them .whats the problem ????

and same goes for downloads .they usually stop at 15-25 mb.

and sometimes when i surf on net. browser give me this error : server connections timeout.

help me fellowssssss :)
