ZTE blade (g2) pattern lock

Hello everybody,

I am new to android phones and i need help because i bought a zte vlade on a store, they putted a google account (mail and pass), that they didn't give me. I used to have a draw pattern but a friend tryied to "break" it, so it locked. I have searched all over the net and i have tried to use every solution i found. I went back on the store i bought it and they dont remember the password (show some mercy). I cant get into bootloader mode neither by using volume up button+home+power, nor volume up button+power. I have the drivers for the zte blade for windows xp (that i am using). I have fastboot-windows and when i try to use the -w choise (in ftm mode or with the phone opened) my cmd says waiting for device.

Please help me cause the store that i bought it cant help me. (cant repair it)

Thank you very much. I sovled it by using TPT files. I just took them into my sd card and i erased data and factory reset by using them. Then i just installed a custom rom and DONE!!! tnx very much for your answer.
