Guest randan Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 Hi all After Currys making a complete crock up when I sent my Vega off for repair, I now have another Vega and have got it running VC8 extremely well - all my favourite apps installed (apart from yahoo mail) and all my shortcuts in place - excellent. I tried installing VC9n but it was not a success (not quite sure why) and when I went back to VC8 I had to restore the apps and put shortcuts back on the desktop again. My problem is that I would like to try VC9n again but I am too lazy to download my apps again and setup the shortcuts etc. so I was hoping that I am just being think and that there is an easy way to do this. Any suggestions appreciated.

Then install honeycomb 9 and restore all your apps and settings from titanium backup (clicking batch again then restore all apps/data)
Guest Dave Marchant Posted September 27, 2011 Report Posted September 27, 2011 You can use the backup / restore process in ClockWorkMod to get your system back to where it was before. I have used it to switch between Corvus5 and Vegacomb with no issue. The backups are date stamped and so you need to make a note of which is which.
