Original FTM recovery

Hello, I have a zte racer (Softstone from portuguese operator TMN) and I'm having a problem (some times it says that there is no sim card in the phone) so I'm thinking to send him to repair but: I don't have original FTM recovery, my phone is with clockwork recovey (but I have the original room) so can any one give me the original FTM recovery and some instructions how to flash it back?
