I uploaded this a couple of weeks ago and it's still working,

ARM6_AdobeFlash_10.1

Install this, reboot and you have flash with normal browser and what not...

I assume this doesn't work on Orange stock rom, as it doesn't for me?

of course it'll work with all current roms....it's for the ARM6 Skate/Blade cpu....

I gave it a try on my skate with CM7, no luck (not with stock browser nor Opera mobile).

Maybe it does work for some flash apps...

Don't use 10.3 as it is still tagged as beta and some functions/libs not complete...

I Have been using 10.3 on Bluemonte for a couple of weeks no problems

I'm not sure but I think you need root, yes...

I use a version on rooted stock and it works.

It doesn't work on everything - but it does work.

No version will be fast on the skate. The ARMv6 port of flash is horribly hacked together, and on top of that, the skate is underpowered.
