Guest meex Posted September 30, 2011 Report Posted September 30, 2011 How do you flash over ? ADT or recovery 2.2 ? ADT
Guest davidevinavil Posted September 30, 2011 Report Posted September 30, 2011 Don't need ADT. Just put Acer_ug folder on SD card and reboot in SD download mode. On all gingerbread leak treads there's instructions about that. Please read before do questions just answered

Guest clacava Posted September 30, 2011 Report Posted September 30, 2011 GREAT VACHE. Many thanks. Yourlatest gingerounay will also work with this leak?

Guest vikings123 Posted September 30, 2011 Report Posted September 30, 2011 I'm more confident with ADT, because some French Guys have Briked their MT with SDdownloadMode. (Phone vibrate continuonsly and any key combination work) I had the experience of non-stop vibration, and had to send the device back to Acer for a mainboard replacement to fix it. I would suggest to use ADT, at least for myself.
Guest vikings123 Posted September 30, 2011 Report Posted September 30, 2011 I have bricked my MT with ADT :/ Hmmmmm.... Each one has his/her own experiences with ADT. Then I would say do which one you think is comfortable and keep your fingers cross.
Guest Z3r0Th3H3r0 Posted September 30, 2011 Report Posted September 30, 2011 Am I able to switch over to the Android UI? I don't like the Acer UI :) So is it possible to replace the lock screen and dialer to the Android version rather than the Acer version? I'm assuming I would need to replace some files as there doesn't seem to be anything in the menu to change this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
