Google C2DM Issues

Hi, I'm not too sure where to place this but I've noticed lately (past couple of weeks) that at times (like now where i'm trying to build apps on it) Google's C2DM framework has just not been working at all.

My device isn't receiving Google Mail at all on the device (but I have new email by checking gmail.com) and my app doesn't get anything either but on the web for the same app it shows up instantly (not powered by Google).

I'm running a HTC Wildfire with the latest CyanogenMod 7.1 nightly and it runs mainly on Sky Broadband (BSkyB) WiFi and on GiffGaff when out and about.

I've also attempted signing into Google Talk and such, but it doesn't work

Has anybody else noticed any issues?
