USB Host mode on ZTE

i have an ZTE Blade phone with Cyanogen mod and i would like to enable the host mode on it.

I saw differents topic but i don't konw how to do : http://sven.killig.de/android/Blade/usb_host/

Can someone can help me how to do ? I'm new to advanced features of android (ex: fastboot, adb, ...)
