ZTE Balde wifi problem

I have dell xcd35 and the problem is that my wifi connection does not work well with any application except android market . I use opera and dolphin , wifi is fine while browsing but when i try to download anything it starts at maximum speed but after sometime , say after 20 seconds , the speed drops to zero . This does not happen with market , no matter how large the file is , it gets downloaded at maximum speed .

The same problem occurs when i download a torrent using ADOWNLOADER , this app is also a download manager , speed is fine in the beginning but becomes zero after sometime , then i have to pause and restart the download and repeat . . . . .

First i thought that the problem is due to rooting , so i unrooted the phone but the problem still exists. . . . .

Any help will be highly appreciated. . . ..
