Spec me a new phone

I am looking for a new android phone. I don't mind what network it is on, and don't mind contract or pay & go. I just want it to be cheap.

I don't use my phone as a phone very often, the main use is email and twitter.

I currently have an old, tatty, falling apart iPhone 3GS so want something better. I don't want to spend more than £200 for the phone, or more than £15 a month.

Looks like I can get a samsung galaxy S2 within budget, now should I wait for the nexus prime or not?
