Damaged San Fran - Screen Advice Needed

I've dropped my San Francisco and cracked the screen.. however I'm not sure which bit I need to try and find a replacement for.

The plastic front appears to be fine.. which I understand is the case and digitizer in one..

The LCD itself looks fine.. the screen works and the colours are right..

I seem to have cracked some kind of glass film between the two, as i can see hairline cracks over the top of the normal image.. which sort of leak light!

does anyone know which but I have broken!?
