Show me how to root & flash stock ROM, please?

Okay, so I know how to root and flash new ROMs, but there doesn't seem to be a simple & concise tutorial on how to SIMPLY install the stock 2.3.4 ROM... please, someone point me to a guide? Do I need dab?
