Titanium failing to see any apps, can I force google restore?

For some reason titanium backup is refusing to see any applications now (number of app elements 0). I was on GSF b25 when it stopped working. I did a full wipe and put on Elitemovil Blade_Rom 2.3.4 [rc] (r11_v3) [GEN2] , same thing. Finally I did another full wipe and put on GSF b27, same thing.

Now many times when I've installed GSF in the past, it has started to restore my apps immediately after I put in my google account details. This time however, when I actually want it to happen, it's just sitting there!

Any suggestions on either how to get titanium working again (superuser is up to date and granting admin, busybox is up to date, titanium is of course up to date) or how I can get google to restore my apps?

Many thanks.

I've got the same problem, and I think it happened with latest TB update. Not only did TB say number of app elements 0, but all of my Apps installed on the SD vanished.

Doin' a clean install right now :/

Having googled a lot, I found several people with the same problem, some of whom mentioned that they found random files in the TB directory on their SD card.

When I looked, I found a number of 0 byte files, and ones with non-alphanumeric letters in their names. I couldn't deleted them from windows, but could using astro on my phone. That fixed TB, after which I ran a verification of the existing back-ups, found 12 that were faulty, and deleted them. I then successfully restored the rest of my apps.

So, the TB problem is resolved, but it would be really good to know how to get the google restore function to run, at the moment it seems to be random as to if it works or not.
