As most of us can see that the GSF rom has been removed from this forum. This is really a shame, we all know it has been one of the best Blade roms around and wbaw has put in a great deal of effort to improve it. It isn't fair to punish everyone just because few people in here break the rules.

Are the mods really happy to see GSF go? unsure.gif

If anything they are just shooting themselves in the foot, as it will mean people will visit XDA instead.

why you cry ? who need GSF ? CMN is 100000% better.

Thanks hedgepigdaniel, I found that too. its alive on another forum. CMN is better for all the glitz and glamour but it does not support hardware acceleration and is too heavy for a device like the Blade. As a show off it is pretty cool.

CMN support 100% more HD games then GSF, and they'r working perfect. Just change launcher and enable 16bit transparency in CMN setting ... then its working fast, very fast.

You should try one of the modern versions with the new Kernel. :)

OK tried it, done what you said, its slower than GSF,

GSF is more responsive and quicker. Perhaps its my phone, I will never know.

I also liked GSF, but I was using CM7 from July, so perhaps a more recent version might work better. Gonna have to blow GSF out for now, as it seems really odd but both mine and my girlfriends phones lost the personalised shortcut screens on the same day, hers also doesn't have back button or screen lock now, mine does.

I see a couple of people here talking about CMN but I couldn't find any reference to it on this forum. Is it another version of CM7? And if so, what is the difference?

I was wondering the same but CMN stands for CyanogenMod_Nand which is CM7 really.
