CM Universal Converter

Hello everyone,

I recently faced a problem with CM Universal Converter with my Gen1 Zte Blade...I flashed the new CM 7.1 stable and it seems converter doesnt work anymore and needs to be updated it to run with 7.1 i think maybe becauze of the kernel...does anybody experience this problem or i am the only one here? please fix this...thanks :unsure::(

Just use the gen1 to gen2 tpt.

Hi!

I installed this with CM 7.1.0 Stable, but when I reboot the bootanimation became black, and after that the screen stay black... :( I have GEN2 Blade with 5.0.2.0 CW. Any idea?

If you have a Gen2 blade, you don't need to use the convertor. And anyone on Gen1 really should upgrade to Gen2.

yeah, upgrade to gen2 guys, i used the converter at first but upgrading to gen2 allows for more freedom in choosing roms and to be honest its pretty safe and took no time at all, was quicker than i expected!

I have Greek Gen1 Blade that mean if i upgrade to gen2 i will lose the 512 mb ram and will locked to 256 :(:angry:

Greek Blades locked to 256mb RAM, all other Blades & Orange San Franciscos are sold with 512mb RAM.

you s*** out of luck then. stick to the most current gen1 rom. you're probably more likely to find a hack to get your 512mb unlocked than you are getting another converter.
