Guest Sami Beck Posted October 12, 2011 Report Posted October 12, 2011 Basically I cba to clog the forum with a unused rom so I really need your opinion.
Guest Manos Aristeidopoulos Posted October 12, 2011 Report Posted October 12, 2011 Yes i would love to see the 2.3.5 official with 16 bit patch some mods for performance and overclocking! Now its already going smooth and nice with 32 bit imaging with 16 and some bacon..! its running on 32 bit right???
Guest targetbsp Posted October 12, 2011 Report Posted October 12, 2011 (edited) The ZTE roms are 16 bit transparency as standard I believe. That's what gave them the scrolling performance edge over CM7 until it was realised and Cm7 was set the same way. Edited October 12, 2011 by targetbsp
Guest Manos Aristeidopoulos Posted October 12, 2011 Report Posted October 12, 2011 The ZTE roms are 16 bit transparency as standard I believe. Are we sure about that? Can someone confirm? 2.2 official was damn slow and lagy...
Guest targetbsp Posted October 13, 2011 Report Posted October 13, 2011 That's probably all the bloatware that mobile companies see fit to provide you with. All the custom froyos were well known for being smooth.
Guest dibbles Posted October 13, 2011 Report Posted October 13, 2011 (edited) I voted no not because I do not believe that you cook a very good ROM, and are generous enough to share your work with us, but more about not wanting to waste your time when there is already that much choice of many ROM's to use. I hope that does not offend you but there would be little point in me voting yes if I wasn't going to use your work and give constructive feedback during its development. Best wishes :) EDIT: Just noticed that at the time of my post this thread has had 116 views and yet only 3 votes have been cast. Edited October 13, 2011 by dibbles
Guest raverrr Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 As long as out doesn't have launcher pro yes please ;).
Guest Mushroom_Lord Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 (edited) I personally don't really think its worth it. There is CyanogenMod7, which, no single man can defeat (unless you are insane) and then there suddenly seems to be about 5 other gingerbread ROMS competing with eachother. Really, you'd be behind, and probably wouldn't be able to offer anything these don't already. Cae was good in its time, but there's just too much competition now and not much point continuing as it won't be much better than whats already on offer... Maybe use your talents elsewhere on the android scene? - Do something that hasn't been done before. (and then get copied by someone else that does it better) Edited November 1, 2011 by Mushroom_Lord
