HEEELLP!! Can't install stock rom in ZTE BLADE

Hello all,

I have a Portuguese ZTE BLADE ( Optimus San Francisco) and i was with CM7 7.1.0 stable.

What i did was download the stock rom from links in this forum and put the zip in the memory card. Then i just install it with clockworkmod and voila.

My phone stays stuck in the android logo and the LED stays red.

Please help me because i have to sent it to the warranty!!!

i think you flash a gen1 rom in gen2.

when you power up and press VOL- does it go in tfm mode or clockworkmod ?

try to lunch clockworkmod ( if it is already installed )and reinstall cm7 and look if you have g1n or gen2 with ask mr pigfish,

if you have no clockwork mod try to install "Gen1 to Gen2 TPT Upgrade" ( look at xda )

I have a gen1 phone but i update it to gen2.

So to install the custom rom i need to put the phone in gen1?
