Replacement from Orange

Bought the phone and immediately unlocked it to use giffgaff.( Also rooted to upgrade the OS and get rid of the orange rubbish) Had the phone about 4 months and the touch screen digitizer has a fault which means I cant see anything but a small white dash on the screen. Will they replace even though I have never used the orange network since having the phone?
