Guest Reesters Posted October 13, 2011 Report Posted October 13, 2011 Has it really been 10 years since the massive smash Grand Theft Auto 3 hit the PS2? Anyone mature enough to play GTA 3 (and who wasn't appauled by the violence) absolutely loved it. Now Rockstar have announced it's Android arrival in the next few months and I personally cannot wait. To commemorate the game’s 10th anniversary, Rockstar are proud to announce that Grand Theft Auto III will be coming to select new generation Android devices. For the lineup of supported devices, check the list below: Android Phones: Droid X2, HTC Evo 2, LG Optimus 2X, Motorola Atrix, Samsung Galaxy S2 Android Tablets: Acer Iconia, Asus Eee Pad, Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Click here to view the item
Guest Paul Posted October 17, 2011 Report Posted October 17, 2011 Um, yes, put me down for some of that, kthx! :D P
Guest Robert Sydbrink Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 Yea. I love all GTA games. So I hope they can make the implementation of it on an android device good.
Guest afrost55 Posted October 24, 2011 Report Posted October 24, 2011 That is kind of crazy that they can port this game to phones now. Wonder how naturally if at all the controls would feel on smartphone.
Guest Reesters Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 It seems a bit strange that yet again Playstation are letting a juggernaut litle like GTA to not be Xperia PLAY optimised! Slightly disappointed.
Guest Reesters Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 *UPDATE* GTA III: 10 Year Anniversary Edition will be available for download from the Android Market from next week. From 15th December 2011, 'new generation' Android users can play GTA III on their devices for £2.99! Bargain. The trailer will be released next week... keep checking back here for that. The list of devices supporting the game has been updated: Android Phones: HTC Rezound, LG Optimus 2x, Motorola Atrix 4G, Motorola Droid X2, Motorola Photon 4G, Samsung Galaxy R, T-Mobile G2x Are there any MoDaCo members who own any of these devices?...
Guest LadFromWales Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 The Galaxy S2 appears to be missing from the new list. No Galaxy Nexus either though it is a very new device...
