Streaming over bluetooth

using bluetooth file transfer on cm7 sej build i connect to a nokia c7 and can look in there files stream music video etc very handy i can do it to my brothers vega so i downloaded it for my computer xp and when connecting i search service and it always stops well connecting i can still send files both ways but i cant see my computers files meaning no streaming no access to computers files i know it probably doesnt warrant a new topic and its probably more a pc setting and already out there on google but ive spent hours searching for a solution and i know theres a lot of clever people on here any help much appreciated thanks in advance
