Swiftkey X not selecting middle word anymore

Hello!

This has happened to me many times, swiftkey x stops selecting the middle word (the one it's predicting) and goes with what I'm exactly writing. This causes some pretty messed up text messages when I write fast, and completely makes swiftkey x useless. I've tried switching writing mode to precise and then back to rapid, no change. Any ideas?

The only time i've noticed swiftkey x doesn't select the middle word when it is super sure you want the one on the left.

I guess if it is common with a few words you could always delete the word it uses if you do not want it
