Clockwork backup freezes at sd-ext backup....Help?

I tried backing up my daughters Blade and every time it freezes when it gets to the sd-ext backup....The Ext3 partition works fine and the S2E works perfectly so the Ext3 rom is fine......

She has Cyanogenmode nightly n203 and Clockwork 5.0.2.0....There is 850MB free on the sd card which is more than enough for a clockwork backup...

Anybody have any ideas...?
