Setcpu Frequencies for Liquid E

Hey everybody.In these days I'm trying different governors and frequencies in setcpu to get the best battery drain in my Liquid E.I'm not that type of guy playing games on my phone but just some apps and writing SMS.So I just wanna know if frequencies lower than 768 can harm my processor.For example 384 mhz on performance does really good for me.But wanna take some advices ;) Thanks in advance.

I dont know about harming the cpu but I use smartassv2 128-1190 mhz on Liquidnext 1.9.0.. Not a single reboot for 2 weeks now
