shared folders on pc....

hi,

you know how if you are on a pc you can goto RUN and type \\server\pictures if you have a pc called server etc etc.... can this be done from the vega?

i know i can remote onto my work eerver using rdp but st home i have a media server running win7 and just wanted to know if can browse it some hoe?

Youll need a smb client(server message block)

Look for a file manager on the market with this built in. searching for samba is your best bet

Nice, can samba work the other way, ie I can see my files stored on my pc?

i use cifs manager to mount shared folders on the vega then file station tablet to view them

both apps free from the market
