Removal of stock apps

I'm just wondering which is the stock Acer apps people have been removing?

I know some of the custom ROMs remove them, but which have been removed aren't always listed. I'm just wondering what can be safely removed without affecting the phone.

Why bother? Unless you are going to re-partition the device, or move other programs into the system partition, it will not provide more space in /data.
