Market - device list

Situation: I have a Dell Streak. My father also has a Dell Streak. He had to return his Streak for a replacement once. Now, under my Android Market account, there are 3 phones showing up. All listed as Dell Streak. I know you can "hide" a device from the list, or at the very minimum give them nicknames. I currently don't use the browser based Market because I can't tell which device to load the app to.

How can I delete them? More importantly, though, how can I find out which device is which? Help?
