Guest Maxsas360 Posted October 18, 2011 Report Posted October 18, 2011 Hello. Mate in http://www.androidmanija.lt/ named witepskas shared a romdump From Omnitel ZTE Blade. Omnitel is a local mobile service provider and It sells their own branded ZTE Blades. It is shipped with 2.2 Android and 5Mpx camera. This might help for some ROM developers. I guess the ROM is dumped OK. http://www59.zippyshare.com/v/15418505/file.html # begin build properties # autogenerated by buildinfo.sh ro.build.id=OPEN-MARKET-V1.0 ro.build.display.id=Omnitel_P729V1.0.0B02 ro.build.version.incremental=20110506.065814 ro.build.version.sdk=8 ro.build.version.codename=REL ro.build.version.release=2.2 ro.build.date=Fri May 6 07:09:08 HKT 2011 ro.build.date.utc=1304636948 ro.build.type=user ro.build.user= ro.build.host=ubuntu ro.build.tags=release-keys ro.product.model=ZTE-BLADE ro.product.brand=ZTE ro.product.name=P729_Omnitel ro.product.device=blade ro.product.board=blade ro.product.cpu.abi=armeabi ro.product.manufacturer=ZTE ro.product.locale.language=lt ro.product.locale.region=LT ro.wifi.channels= ro.board.platform=msm7k # ro.build.product is obsolete; use ro.product.device ro.build.product=blade # Do not try to parse ro.build.description or .fingerprint ro.build.description=P729_Omnitel-user 2.2 OPEN-MARKET-V1.0 20110506.065814 release-keys ro.build.fingerprint=ZTE/P729_Omnitel/blade/blade:2.2/OPEN-MARKET-V1.0/20110506.065814:user/release-keys # end build properties # # system.prop for surf # ########################################## #History: #when who what, where, why #-------- ---- --------------------------------------------------- #2010-01-27 zhangxian new file for moonckae bord config #2010-03-03 luwenjun modify the version number #2010-04-01 zhaobin need setupwizard when first boot #2010-05-25 tangjuan set the default ringtone #2010-06-05 zhangping add default value of the timezone is Europe/London(London, Dublin) #2010-08-20 wangtao close beep sound when ringstome is mute #2010-09-01 wt change default value of "ro.camera.sound.forced" #2010-10-08 liuhaitao opengl version 2.0 #2010-11-22 luya add property ro.sf.hwrotation #2010-11-30 xingbeilei add property for USB #... ########################################## ro.product.board_name=blade rild.libpath=/system/lib/libril-qc-1.so rild.libargs=-d /dev/smd0 persist.rild.nitz_plmn= persist.rild.nitz_long_ons_0= persist.rild.nitz_long_ons_1= persist.rild.nitz_long_ons_2= persist.rild.nitz_long_ons_3= persist.rild.nitz_short_ons_0= persist.rild.nitz_short_ons_1= persist.rild.nitz_short_ons_2= persist.rild.nitz_short_ons_3= DEVICE_PROVISIONED=1 debug.sf.hw=0 dalvik.vm.heapsize=24m # # ADDITIONAL_BUILD_PROPERTIES # ro.setupwizard.mode=OPTIONAL ro.com.google.gmsversion=2.2_r10 ro.build.baseband_version=P729B01 ro.build.software_version=Omnitel_P729V1.0.0B01 ro.build.sw_internal_version=Omnitel_P729V1.0.0B03 ro.config.ringtone=TeliaSonera_8sec.mp3 ro.config.sms_ringtone=Ti_tiri-Part.mp3 ro.config.notification_sound=F1_New_SMS.ogg ro.com.google.clientidbase=android-zte ro.com.google.clientidbase.yt=android-zte ro.com.google.clientidbase.am=android-zte ro.com.google.clientidbase.ms=android-zte ro.com.google.clientidbase.gmm=android-zte ro.camera.sound.forced=1 ro.build.baseband_version=P729B01 ro.build.software_version=ZTE-BLADEV1.0.0B01 ro.build.sw_internal_version=GENERIC_P729V1.0.0B12 ro.sf.hwrotation=180 ro.sf.lcd_density=240 ro.config.notification_sound=F1_New_SMS.ogg ro.config.ringtone=BeatPlucker.ogg persist.sys.timezone=Europe/London ro.camera.sound.forced=0 ro.com.google.clientidbase=android-zte ro.com.google.clientidbase.yt=android-zte ro.com.google.clientidbase.am=android-zte ro.com.google.clientidbase.vs=android-zte ro.com.google.clientidbase.gmm=android-zte ro.com.google.clientidbase.ms=android-zte media.stagefright.enable-player=false media.stagefright.enable-meta=false media.stagefright.enable-scan=false media.stagefright.enable-http=false ro.opengles.version=131072 persist.usb.enable_switch=1 persist.usb.linux_switch=1 persist.usb.switch_pid=0x1351 persist.usb.linux_pid=0x1350 persist.usb.default.pid=0x83 persist.service.mount.playsnd=0 persist.sys.timezone=Asia/Almaty persist.usb.enable_switch=0 persist.usb.linux_switch=0 persist.usb.switch_pid=0x1351 persist.usb.linux_pid=0x1350 persist.usb.default.pid=0x1351 net.bt.name=Android dalvik.vm.stack-trace-file=/data/anr/traces.txt

Guest Amati Posted November 25, 2011 Report Posted November 25, 2011 Hi, any news on this topic? Looking for a decent navigation sw.... Ok, I'll step in then, since I am from Lithuania. Firstly, this navigation software has no offline maps, it relies on network data, and GET THIS: it will only work if you are using "Omnitel" network. It is so incredibly useless, that basically it provides the same functionality as Google Maps, but it requires you to be "Omnitel" user, it won't work if you use any other provider or wifi, and on top of that, it requires you to pay subscription fee after initial two week trial. You can get a taste of how stupidly overpriced piece of rubbish this navigation is by looking at its rating on the market: 1,5 stars - what a joke! I am actually a user of "Omnitel" network and it have never crossed my mind to even consider using this garbage. Needless to say, out of couple proper navigation apps with offline maps that I have tried, I've chosen Sygic gps navigation. Been using it for almost one year (since I've bought my OSF) and I never had an issue with it.
Guest oxyg3n89 Posted November 25, 2011 Report Posted November 25, 2011 (edited) iGO MyWay_8.4.2 is good offline navigation 4 me, 46 countries support :) not perfect, but good, for sd cards of minimum 2GB. Edited November 25, 2011 by oxyg3n89
