*FIXED* Problem flashing bin file

Hey guys. Im trying to update my bin file on the phone but it gets stuck at usb_init no matter which bin I use. I just pull out the usb and it's as if nothing happened. I do run the Acer download tool in compatibility mode and with administrator privileges.

The reason I am trying to update is because no matter what rom I flash, it freezes all the time, and I do not know why. Especially the LN 1.9 ones.

UPDATE: Uninstalled all android drivers and devices and reinstalled again. Fixed this way.
