I installed the latest version of clockworkmod for my Dell XCD35 AKA ZTE Blade. In the recovery mode, I cant use the Volume Up/Down buttons to navigate. But the power button works. What am I to do?

Get a better kernel! :) Seriously, that is a classic symptoms of a kernel that has FTM mode enabled which jams the keys and usb.

Or recompile a new kernel with it disabled and re-pack it into the recovery image! :)

I tried to Load a kernel using Kernel Manager app. But it returned no kernels are available to my device.

Kernel Manager app? What is that?

As for the kernel, you need to extract the kernel config from the recovery and apply it to the downloadable kernel source for your device and disable the FTM and recompile.

Which version ?

http://download.clockworkmod.com/recoveries/recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-blade.img works

flash it with fastboot

(either adb reboot bootloader)

fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-blade.img

fastboot boot recovery-clockwork-5.0.2.0-blade.img (Easier than messing around after fastboot reboot and getting it to go into recovery first time).
