ZTE Blade stuck in boot loop with stock recovery (help me!!!)

GEN 1 TPT'd to GEN 2, tried to windows flash to GEN 3 and phone went into bootloop after i had installed stock recovery.

Any ideas on how to solve it, i've seen other posts about Fastboot but i cant seem to get the drivers working , so my phone isn't recognised when using adb, and the SD card won't mount
