Guest german_psycho Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 Yesterday I was using my Blade for the first-time with a car charger, because I had to go on a longer trip and wanted to use the Google Navigator, to see how well it performs. No problems during the trip, the Blade showed "Charging" and Navigator worked. When I arrived at my destination I turned of the car for some minutes, to let my wife check-in to our hotel. During this time, the charger was still connected to the Blade. When my wife came back, I turned my car on again. This is the time when the Blade all of a sudden did a reboot. I then took the charger out and was able to enter my PIN. Cyanogen booted, but showed only 8% battery. So, when we entered out hotel room I turned of the Blade and tried to charge it "the normal way" via jack. But the red-light didn't came up, no charging after all. I tried to turn my Blade on again, no success. No red light, no vibrating, no nothing. I then did the usual stuff, taking the battery, SIM, SD, etc. out.. without success :( Had the battery out of the Blade for the whole night and tried this morning again, but still no luck. Any ideas?? Have I fried my whole Blade or just the battery? Anything I can do or do I have a 100 pounds paperweight now? tia!
Guest hugobosslives Posted October 28, 2011 Report Posted October 28, 2011 plug it in without the battery and see if it works. if it does, your battery is screwed. if not its your phone.....
Guest faggio Posted October 31, 2011 Report Posted October 31, 2011 Yes, seems a problem with the battery. Charge the phone for at least one hour over usb or standard cable and try to turn it on.
