Do I install it right after I've flashed a new ROM or do I let the new ROM set up first? Reason I ask is that I flashed it over a ROM and my phone would not boot and recovery didn't work, Had to reboot the phone using the USB loader method. My phone just locks up at the second splash screen :( Flashing it over the stock 2.3.6 that's been rooted.. Tried it on a few other roms and still the same result, Crash on second splash screen. I flashed the new 5% version and now get an error when trying to set voltages on boot. Also got it to get stuck at boot, had to nandroid and reflash.
