Camera/video record issue in CM7.1.0-Blade-signed

i know this topic my already be discuss. but i cant seem to find it

so im running CM 7.1.0-Blade-signed and the video quality is not that great as

Moldovan Mile-High-Mountain-Pie RLS5

but i want to stay on CM7 because of the theme chooser.

so any know how to fix it or a link to a thread that may help
