Message is not Send

Dear Friends,

I shall be happy if any one of you from INDIA - TAMILNADU.

Because i am using "AIRCEL" network.

I have purchased new DELL XCD 35. I have set Service Center No in Message Setting.

I have enquired Customer Care. They told all settings are correct for me.

And I have removed my SIM and put it in normal NOKIA, Message is sending.

What can i do? How can i rectify this message problem?

I shall be thankful if you could guide me.
