Remotely Access Vega

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone used any remote access software to access their Vega's.... or android devices in general

I use my Vega as a media centre connected to my TV, and would like to remotely control the media being played from either my laptop, or preferably android mobile phone.

I've been having a look around and I've seen a couple of apps, such as 'Droid VNC Server Beta' and 'Remote Control Add-on'

The Droid VNC Server didn't seem to listen properly, and the Remote Control Add-on doesn't seem to work either....

These issues may be related to additional security constraints in Android 3.2.

So, is anyone aware of any remote access software that will allow me to access my Vega, from either another android device, or from a PC?

You could use splashtop remote streamer to do this. I use it to stream my laptop display to my vega which I then connect to my tv.

It lets you stream whatever is on your laptop and lets you use it remotely. You could also use a blootooth remote app to control your vega from your cell phone or pc if you just want to remote control it directly. :0)
