Hi all,

New here so i dont know it works, got a samsung galaxy portal and had no probs with it until now went to download an app from market and it wudnt let me sayin it was unsuccesful? phoned 3 up an they told me to turn my phone off then it sud be ok!!!! but guess what it still same any ideas on how to solve it wud be appriciated. thanks
