Guest sionyboy Posted November 9, 2011 Report Posted November 9, 2011 Woooh, another update! Let's see if web browsing really is faster.
Guest todoleo Posted November 9, 2011 Report Posted November 9, 2011 Just updated. Web page rendering is definitely better. It handles the full BBC homepage really fast!
Guest evad Posted November 9, 2011 Report Posted November 9, 2011 Just updated. Web page rendering is definitely better. It handles the full BBC homepage really fast! Hmm, indeed it looks a bit better, however a bit longer usage will tell for sure. Unfortunately, they still didn't include Polish on-screen keyboard layout, which is slightly annoying as I've reported this two firmware updates ago... :|
Guest evad Posted November 11, 2011 Report Posted November 11, 2011 i've had pretty serious warning sign with the new firmware, the device has completely hanged to death twice (!) within just one evening yesterday while just browsing the web, as usual. This kind of thing has never happened before.
Guest sionyboy Posted November 12, 2011 Report Posted November 12, 2011 3.2.69 doesn't feel too stable to me, browser seems quicker but at the cost of a few FCs and laggy operations. :-(
Guest asadullah Posted November 13, 2011 Report Posted November 13, 2011 3.2.69 doesn't feel too stable to me, browser seems quicker but at the cost of a few FCs and laggy operations. :-( Did you run a full factory reset after you ran the update. I know you shouldn't have to but I had alot of fc's until I did that after the update.
Guest evad Posted November 20, 2011 Report Posted November 20, 2011 3.2.69 doesn't feel too stable to me, browser seems quicker but at the cost of a few FCs and laggy operations. :-( Confirming that. After some time I came to the conclusion that 3.2.69 introduced completely new "feature" - a laggy browser, intermittently causing complete freeze of the device. :(
