**edit** As far as I know the codes are totally random (Only way is via leaked HTC Db access that the unlock sites somehow manage to get).

Standard method would be via XTC clip (Think the unlock codes are random)

WIth engineering HBOOT you can do simunlock (With a suitable gold card) but you need an engineering sim emulator.

You can get it into diag mode with DREADIAG.NBH

Can probably do something over jtag as well (You can get the jig for a few quid).

There was an exploit that was used to unlock the hero maybe you can use that.

If you get a ADP1 full flash dump you could just flash that over jtag (and then fix the IMEI/MAC etc)

Its not got a nand lock.
