I have both phones and the Monte Carlo is streets ahead of the osf and with the free headphones a snip at £129.

I disagree. The specs are deceiving. It's a much better phone than the blade and what the specs say.

To be fair, tilal6991 actually has the phone and uses it on a daily basis. There are a lot of experts on the OMC who have seemingly never laid hands on it.

Yeh, the headphones are just usual crap headphones

i had the osf but now i have tried out the 4.3" screen for a few months i don't think ill ever go back to a smaller screen size

a big screen just has so many benefits

before the unlock the phone maybe wasn't a great buy but now there is an unlock and think its the best value for money android phone on the market

The Xperia Play ones are pretty decent

I expect the Beats Audio ones to be better.

Hey used this meathod and now my phone is unlocked to my t-mobile contract sim, however i have a few problems. After about 30 mins of using my phone i lose signal and can still use wireless but not 3g, i cannot also phone people, the phone says i have signal sometimes but it dosnt work still unless i restart my phone via shut down and start it up again and it works for another 30 mins... i was just wondering if any one else has had this problem please help i have also done the mac adress issue fix and it still has not helped.

As an ex blade owner,I can assure anyone considering the OMC that they will not be disappointed.

The OMC is excellent value for money,yes its all crapy orange out the box,but after a little tweaking,you will be overclocked close to 1Ghz running the fantastic Atomic rom by tillaz,or the cm7 port by tilal,who is also working on cm9,which is already stable for daily use.And it is all rapped in a 4.3inch screen,which makes a massive difference to user experience.Of course the display quality is nothing like the SGS2 display,or other high end devices,but the quality is still good when you consider its now under £100 including £10 top up from Argos!

At the lower price I converted too at Xmas and I'm well pleased, with the atomic ROM (thanks Tillaz) it really is a lot faster then the OSF I had with GSF ROM with good battery life and I couldn't live without the bigger display now even though I've moved from OLED to LCD :D

Ste skate bad boy phone rooted and cm7 flashed I got proper adobe flash runninng ok, over 1Ghz CPU and one of the biggest screens on a mobile devic. Only thing thing that lets it down is the lack of battery time. Lucky to get 6 hrs out of it
