can people on various different roms please confirm wheter are not they get timer option in the camera app im conferming on nightly 255 cm7 it has i have used another rom previously which did cant remeber which 1 now but as far i moldovan the rom i come from and like alot doesnt do it am i missing something maybe anyway would be appreciated if you can post your findings on your rom

Tap on camera, hit menu key, tap 'advanced options',scroll to bottom, tap 'Timer duration'. Then from camera itself, tap on rightmost icon, set 'Capture mode' to timer. :)

I believe it's a cyanogen thing...
