phone reboots when downloading

My phone keeps rebooting everytime i go to update or download apps from the market. This happens with every rom. It was ok for about a month then started rebooting. Am using a class 10 16 gig play.com card

Any ideas what problem might be anyone?

try removing sdcard, and installing an app or two.

If it works, backup sdcard contents onto pc, format sdcard, or try a different sdcard.

Thanks friend is it better to format under windows or phone, and ext2 or 3 ?

Glad it worked out for you, sorry I couldn't reply sooner, but I wouldn't have been able to give a definitive answer to the windows/phone formatting question anyway (but both should be okay AFAIK).
