8gb micro sd eat all space

I bought an sd 8gb.

I formatted the sd card and now the maximum size is 128kb, why?

What did you format it with i.e. Android, Windows, Recovery Mode?

windows, now i tryed with another micro sd reader at it work.

Now i try tu use partition tool 8.0 and i don't know how to create to partition :(

Huh? There is no thing called AmonRA SD Tool.
