BlueGingerV2 with RTL support for Arabic and Hebrew

Thanks to Tilal for the Deodexed BlueGingerV2 rom.

I added the RTL right to left language support specificaly for Arabic and Hebrew.

BlueGingerV2_RTL

This rom is based on the stock orange rom so you still get Signal Boost, HD Calls, Dolby Sound and Media Share amongst other things.

Im sure others might be looking for a similar rom for their Skate / MonteCarlo.
