ZTE Blade Stuck in Clockwork Recovery

Now, I'm not totally sure what happened, but I'll explain what I know.

Basically, I turned my phone on (I usually leave it on charge overnight, but I'd turned it off instead last night), and it seemed to install some sort of update, then went into Clockwork Recovery.

I've tried reboot, power off, applying update (it can't find one), restore (it can't find one), install zip (it can't find one), and I'm not sure what to try now.

I think it had android 2.3 and cm7 installed, and Clockwork is v3.0.2.7, if that's any help.

Do I have to wipe everything and start again?

(Sorry for this, you must be sick of people turning up here when things don't work)

Reinstalled and it seems to be working OK. Rather annoying though.
