Possible to modify camcorder framerate in build.prop?

I was searching the internet howto improve the not so good camcorder frame rate of the Blade/OSF, I found this thread on xda http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=1240919

Bear with me I'm no dev so I was wondering if anyone had tried adding extra lines in the build.prop to boost the camcorder frame rate? Will it hurt the phone if it doesn't understand the lines? Adding a line like this?

ro.media.camcorder.vga=mp4,h264,30,3000000,aac,128 000,44100,1

Also in this thread they managed to increase the frame rate in night mode by modifying a file the Blade does not have, so this might not be usefull http://forum.xda-dev...d.php?t=1271927

Can we do something like this?
