Are there any worthwile androids coming soon in the similiar price range as the san francisco? What about san francisco II, will it be worth purchasing? Maybe there are some budget androids coming out in the near future that are worth the wait?

Off topic - Can you install custom roms on any android devices, if not - what are the requirements to install a custom rom?
